An ARS Case Manager will reach out to schedule an intake call. They will review your situation, answer questions about DOR, and determine the best support path.

Eligibility Assessment & DOR Referral
- Documentation checklist provided
- Case manager advocates on your behalf
- Medical and vocational evaluations coordinated if needed

- Can include education, certification, or apprenticeship funding

Intake Appointment
Meet with an ARS employment specialist (in-person, phone, or video) to discuss your skills, goals, and any barriers you may be facing.
- 30–45 minute appointment
- Bring ID and any work history documents

Individual Employment Plan
Together, you and your specialist build a customized plan covering target employers, skills gaps, and a realistic timeline.
