An ARS Case Manager will reach out to schedule an intake call. They will review your situation, answer questions about DOR, and determine the best support path.

Eligibility Assessment & DOR Referral
- Documentation checklist provided
- Case manager advocates on your behalf
- Medical and vocational evaluations coordinated if needed
Weeks 1–2

Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE)
- Identifies career goal, training, and timeline
- Can include education, certification, or apprenticeship funding
- Assistive technology assessment if applicable
Weeks 2–4
05
Training, Job Placement & Employer Outreach
- On-the-job training with employer partners
- Supported employment placements available
- Workplace accommodation planning
Ongoing

Extended Employment Support
- Regular case manager check-ins
- Benefits coordination (SSI/SSDI, Medi-Cal)
