- Workforce re-entry guidance for older adults
- SSI, SSDI, and Medicare benefits guidance before accepting any job offer
- Overview of WorkOnward tools and features
Week 1

Intake Appointment
Meet with an ARS employment specialist (in-person, phone, or video) to discuss your skills, goals, and any barriers you may be facing.
- 30–45 minute appointment
- Bring ID and any work history documents
- Interpreter available upon request

Individual Employment Plan
Together, you and your specialist build a customized plan covering target employers, skills gaps, and a realistic timeline.
- Resume review and refinement
- Job target list by industry and geography
- DEI employer connections if applicable

Skills & Job Readiness Training
- Interview practice and mock interviews
- Workplace communication workshops
- Digital literacy and software basics
