No audio, video, or photo recording of ICT sessions is permitted without your prior written consent. All remote sessions are conducted in private, secure environments by trained ARS staff.

We use trusted third-party technology platforms to operate our website and services, including Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet), Microsoft 365 (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams), and video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams). 6.3 Legal and Regulatory Requirements

ARS WorkAbility’s website is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
