Placement, Retention & Advancement
Placement, Retention & Advancement
From First Day on the Job to Long-Term Career Growth and Self-Sufficiency
Getting hired is a milestone — but it is not the finish line. For individuals with disabilities, employment barriers, or complex benefits situations, the transition into sustained competitive employment requires ongoing support, planning, and advocacy. ARS WorkAbility’s placement, retention, and advancement services are built for exactly this challenge. We provide structured retention support at 90, 180, and 365 days post-hire — checking in with both employees and employers to identify and resolve issues before they become separation events. Our career advancement planning ensures that participants are not simply employed, but growing — working toward wage increases, promotions, and greater workplace independence. And our financial and benefits coaching helps participants navigate the critical — and often intimidating — transition from public benefits to earned income, protecting their long-term economic stability throughout the entire workforce attachment journey.
