ARS WorkAbility is a standalone employment platform created by ARS Inc. to support job placement, training, and retention while partnering with nonprofits serving shared DOR clients. By embedding community wellness and culturally responsive outreach as authentic entry points to employment services, ARS WorkAbility bridges the gap between community engagement and career advancement—creating a non-clinical pathway from wellness to work.
It does not duplicate asianrehab.org, but instead extends services outward to employers, partners, community wellness programs, and systems statewide.
