Why Partner with ARS WorkAbility?
Joining the ARS WorkAbility partnership network means your organization gains immediate access to infrastructure, technology, and a collaborative community that would take years to build alone. Here’s what becomes possible when we work together:

A Bigger Client Pool
Tap into a growing, shared database of job seekers from across partnering organizations—expanding your reach without expanding your overhead.

A Shared Employer Network
Access WorkOnward and ARS’s network of inclusive, disadvantaged-community-friendly employers—pre-vetted, relationship-ready, and actively hiring.

Seamless Platform Tools
Use ARS WorkAbility’s built-in website infrastructure, referral workflows, LMS training modules, and job-matching tools under your partnership umbrella.
The Power of Shared Resources
When workforce nonprofits collaborate on a unified platform, the impact multiplies. Here is what the ARS WorkAbility partnership network enables for every member organization:
A Deeper, More Diverse Client Database
Each partner organization contributes to and benefits from a collective pool of job seeker profiles, intake data, and referral pipelines. Rather than competing for the same limited grant-funded caseloads, partner organizations grow the total network—creating more pathways for every disadvantaged community member seeking employment services.
Higher-Quality Job Matching
The more organizations share data and employer connections through the platform, the more precise and effective job-matching becomes. A job seeker working with one partner organization can benefit from employer relationships established by another. Better matches mean better retention—and better outcomes for funders and communities alike.
Shared Training Infrastructure
Partner organizations gain access to the ARS Online Learning Management System (LMS)—a library of workforce readiness, soft skills, digital literacy, and wellness-to-work modules—without the cost and complexity of building their own. Your clients get more. Your staff does less redundant work.
Warm Referrals, Not Cold Handoffs
Through the ARS WorkAbility platform, partner organizations can make warm, tracked referrals to each other’s services—ensuring clients don’t fall through the cracks when they need specialized support beyond any one agency’s scope. Community wellness outreach, vocational rehabilitation, housing supports, and employer engagement all connect through a single coordinated system.
Upscaled Service Capacity Without Upscaled Costs
By joining a shared infrastructure, your organization can serve more clients, offer a broader range of services, and report stronger outcomes—without proportionally increasing staff, technology, or administrative costs. The platform handles what would otherwise require a full in-house operations team.
Local Community Focus. Nationwide Network Strength.
ARS WorkAbility is built on a simple but powerful idea: workforce services work best when they are deeply embedded in the communities they serve. Like a neighborhood-level network, every partner organization activates the platform within their own local market—using their community relationships, cultural competencies, and trusted presence to deliver services that feel personal, not institutional.
At the same time, every local partner contributes to and draws from a platform that spans cities, counties, and states. Your organization’s job seekers benefit from employer connections built in another community. Your employer partnerships open doors for job seekers served by partner agencies in your region. The whole network grows stronger because every local node makes it more connected.
Think Locally. Serve More Broadly.
Just as Nextdoor connects neighbors to resources in their immediate community while operating as a national platform, ARS WorkAbility connects workforce nonprofits to job seekers, employers, and resources in their local market—while scaling that impact through a shared national infrastructure. Your community. Amplified
